Our 1800 m2 facility offers a number of seating possibilities depending on purpose and number of guests. We will help you draw up a solution specifically adapted to your event.

On top of the large and open plan Oresund hall, we also have several smaller spaces. There is for example also an auditorium with a classical cinema seating with a capacity of up to 120 people.

In the open plan Oresund hall, these are some of the arrangements possible:

500 seats with cinema seating

800 seats with long table seating

450 seats with round tables

A maximum of 1200 guest for a reception

RENT A FLEXIBLE CONFERENCE SPACE

Perhaps you are thinking the conference space isn’t the most important thing. That it is all about a group of people gathering to exchange information, ideas or plan for the future. We on the other hand would argue that the venue and its spaces can make a huge difference.

Renting a conference facility with a special architecture and spectacular view of Oresund will open up a flow of creativity and engagement. The great amount of natural light and the spacious conference hall will help the participants feel active and alert. The large conference hall also has a very high ceiling, which creates good acoustics. We offer access to sound equipment to optimise the sound experience. By adapting the seating arrangement to your needs and requests, we ensure that your conference guests will thrive and have a great experience. All this put together will enable a successful conference.

Our most popular space is our large open-space conference hall, but we also have smaller rooms to offer. For example, our traditional auditorium with a classical cinema seating is highly appreciated for smaller conferences with up to 120 people.

BREAKS AND FOOD ARE IMPORTANT AS WELL

During the breaks we have a separate space where the guests can network and we serve snacks, “fika” or food from our professional kitchen. This offers a chance to get away from the conference seating to talk. We can arrange with bar tables or a seated arrangement, as per your request. Our large terrace provides the perfect setting for mingling and enjoying some food and drinks during the warmer parts of the year.

Lunch will be prepared in our kitchen and then plated beautifully for the guests to enjoy. The food can be enjoyed in our lounge area both upstairs and downstairs.

ACTIVITIES IN OUR CONFERENCE SPACES

If you wish to take a break from discussing product development, budgets or other important aspects on your agenda, a completely different activity can be a great energiser. We are more than happy to provide you with suggestions of suitable activities – and will of course furnish the conference hall and surrounding spaces accordingly.
